With an addition that almost doubled its square footage, we transformed this cozy Cape Cod style home into a spacious family home. A welcoming new front entry, glassy rear hall, & second floor library seamlessly knit the new addition to the original house. From the exterior, the architecture takes its cues from the original house while the interior lives large thanks to the abundant natural light & taller ceilings in the new addition. The open flow throughout the first floor and to the rear courtyard are perfect for hosting large gatherings, while details like the hidden pantry entry and an oversized pocket door into the primary suite let the owners keep some spaces private.
