Jennifer Radakovic
Owner & Founding Principal
With a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Memphis, a Master of Architecture from the University of Virginia, and an unceasing passion for all things “home,” Jennifer brings dynamic thinking, fresh insight and a collaborative spirit to residential design projects.

Jennifer's passion for architecture and design began at a young age. While her friends flipped through Seventeen Magazine, Jennifer poured over Architectural Digest. She cultivated this passion through an associate position with Watershed Architects, then as a partner at Terre Design Studio and Nested Design Studio.
She opened Jennifer Radakovic Design in 2017, focusing on renovations, additions and new homes. She leads the team at JRD with a goal of fostering creativity through collaboration.
Jennifer works with authenticity and compassion to fulfill her clients’ needs and aspirations. She creatively balances aesthetics, comfort, and functionality with a classic-meets-modern flair, knowing that well-designed spaces can positively impact the lives of others.
Dane Gedney
Interior Designer
A Virginia native, Dane has always enjoyed creating, building, and working with his hands. Initially, he found a creative outlet in graphic design and earned his Bachelor's degree from Radford University. After years of working as a professional graphic designer, Dane’s interests matured and he was drawn to the design challenges of the physical environment. He dreamed of creating beautiful spaces that would directly enhance lives. This led him to pursue his Master’s degree in interior design from The George Washington University. Later, he relocated to Richmond and joined the JRD team, where he works with Jennifer to design beautiful, thoughtful spaces, that place a high importance on balance, proportion, and consistency.

Living for years in Greece and Germany as a child instilled Dane with a love of travel as well as a global design aesthetic. Today, he continues to seek out new adventures locally and abroad, finding design inspiration everywhere he goes.
